Ensol is a pioneer company that manufactures lithium batteries for Material Handling Industry a.k.a forklifts.  This is a unique opportunity to start or develop a successful career and take advantage of a rare transformation of the large industry to a new technological platform. 

MHI battery industry is a $2 billion/year one.  The only product that dominates this industry is a lead-acid battery.  This technology is 100 years old and creates significant pain for its users.  This pain includes working in sulfuric acid polluted battery rooms and watering batteries as if we are in the first half of the 20th century.  The hassle of dealing with lead-acid batteries also keeps gas-powered forklifts from converting to clean electric power.


Roles:

Senior Sales Manager (Partner Sales) – Bay Area, California

As Ensol Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving the company’s efforts to develop and promote the technologies through a range of partnerships with leading dealers in material handling equipment industry, OEMs and potentially other materials companies. This person will participate in the development of the company’s product and go-to-market strategy and execute the sales plans.

Direct Sales Manager (expert) – Southern California (SoCal)  

As Ensol Direct Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving the company’s efforts to develop and promote the technologies through direct selling to the end customers (logistics hubs, 2PL, 3PL and other logistics and warehousing providers). This person will influence the company’s product and go-to-market strategy development and execute his/her personal sales plan.


Sales Manager (Partner Sales) – Southern California (SoCal)

As Ensol Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving the company’s efforts to develop and promote the technologies through a range of partnerships with leading dealers in material handling equipment industry, OEMs and potentially other materials companies. This person will influence the company’s product and go-to-market strategy development and execute his/her personal sales plan.
